Consolidated Act No. 1449 of 12 December 2007 

This is an Act to consolidate the Investment Associations and Special-Purpose Associations as well as other Collective Investment Schemes etc. Act, cf. Consolidated Act no. 1052 of 29 August 2007 with the amendments consequential upon section 6 of Act no. 181 of 28 February 2007 and section 1, nos. 4, 5, 16, 19, 27-30, 35, 36, 40, 41, 50 and 51 of Act no. 397 of 30 April 2007.
